Please note that the shipping and handling fees from your initial purchase are non-refundable. If you are returning from the United States you will be provided with a prepaid shipping label to return your order to us, free of charge.

When returning an item, it’s the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the items are packed properly and protected during shipping. If any of the items are damaged while it’s returned to us we will assess the damage and will give a reduced refund. Item’s arriving with significant signs of use, damaged pieces, scratches, and that cannot be resold may incur a return deduction up to 50% of the purchased price.

To return your item:

Email us at hello@jesuswithus.co with the following details: order number, the reason you're returning the item, photos of the item and its box, return or exchange preferred (if exchange, let us know which item and size). You will be assisted as soon as we are notified and your return label will be sent via email. (Please note that only orders within the contiguous U.S. qualify for a free return label).

We are so sorry to hear your order arrived damaged. Please send us your order details along with a photo of the damage to hello@jesuswithus.co and we will get a replacement shipped out to you as soon as possible. If the packaging was damaged upon delivery please provide photos of that as well. 

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days from when we receive the item(s).

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on international orders at this time.
